"The staff is super friendly and the Doctors take the time to explain the situation with your pet in depth and in a very empathetic manner. Used to go to countryside but didn’t feel important to the staff and doctors (more like an annoyance) but VCV is the polar opposite, they excel in patient care and customer service. Although my dogs aren’t a fan at the beginning , the staff and doctors do their absolute best to make sure they feel safe and as comfortable as they can. They are all very helpful and knowledgeable.
