"I understand if they're very busy because they have to deal with all kinds of poor people and diversity and things and a lot of needs. It seems like a very good thorough One stop shop at a glance. However I get rattled every time I talk on the phone with the receptionists and I don't feel comfortable following up with appointments. Or even making any more. The reason being they seem to have sharp voices and there seems to be issues with their sound systems we have trouble communicating cuz we have trouble hearing each other because of various accents including mine there is whatever and dialect and phone sound issues. It would be good if they could beef up their text system so that I wouldn't have to talk to them on the phone so much. I just recently had a tooth extraction and I'm on some pain medication and fell asleep through my last appointment. I tried to call and explain and I got interrupted and spoken to sharply and then she rattled on some garbled information about medical that I had trouble understanding and she said she wanted to reschedule but I told her I would call her from now on. Instead of asking me for my name and date of birth they asked me sharply "what kind of appointment?" Please work on your public relations if you possibly can and I will recommend you to my friends again. Thank you."

"Too much complicated the primary dr just want to see you to get his money from insurance I had appointment with specialist and the specialist moved to different locations and our referral should be for the new address, i called the clinic to make new referral they said you have to wait till we have available appointment to get new referral!!!! We already had referral why you want to see me as a visit?!!! Just to get money???!"
