La Maestra Dental Suite 150 - University Ave

"I don’t understand why they only have 2.5 stars honestly. Every time I come in for myself or kids there always on time friendly and understand our needs always very patient with my daughter which she’s autistic. I used to go to another dental office an it used to take forever !!!! Dr Nina is very friendly and her helper Jessica so far she seen myself and my two kids. All the assistant are very nice too. Just don’t know their names."

"Extremely unprofessional, rude and incompetent staff. Emma Garcia, the dental assistant who worked with me was very unprofessional and rude. She rushed me and got frustrated. I sat waiting for an hour to be seen. When I asked when I would eventually be seen the staff were very dismissive and rude. The dentist, Dr. Liu was very dismissive and aggressive as well. They ended up treating me last. Never come here and waste your time. Staff are very incompetent, unprofessional and overworked it seems."

"They were rude ,unprofessional to not only me but my wife also. I waited 2 hrs for an emergency visit before walking out without being seen. They speak Spanish and didn't realize I speak fluently as I listened to staff body shame and talk about people including racist comments. After 2 hr wait they sent me to the other office in other suite of same building which smelled like fishy p#$$y and the cleanliness was absolutely disgusting so I just gave them their clipboard and walked out. The state and city need to close them down for just their cleanliness."

"The actually work has been fine but everything else about this place is terrible! So many problems with them don't know where to start! I had a treatment plan set up with them at the beginning and neither dentist goes off it. I set an appointment to do one thing and they do something else, when try to talk to them about it they won't. Average wait Time in the waiting room for me is about 45 minutes, I once was waiting for a hour and a half. I would if left a lot earlier but I watching a movie on my tablet and lost track of time. I've had a lot of other issues but I'll refrain. Time to look for another Dentist. Won't go back!"

"I don't recommend this place. They make you scheduled multiple appointments when I know it shouldn't be this way. No joke two appointments to seal a small cavity ridiculous. I have three children so I know this place is a scam. I have my regular dentist and only came here for extractions. People they're better places out there. The short hispanic guy dental assistant was very rude to me, he's the reason I wrote this review."
