"My complain is a particularly about the Dentist department at Lamestra city Heights. I checked in as a new patient today and the mistreatment started with the front absolutely awful. No, Customer Service no respect the girl who checked me in was very unprofessional. Then it comes to the person who performed my xray he started by asking me to take of my hijab which is a hair scarf worn for religion purposes. Very unprofessional I am a medical worker myself and I would never treat my patient like they did. This clinic is located in multicultural community and the fact that they are not mindful of their patients religion and culture explained it all. I will be speaking to legal authority about this issue."
"The dentist takes over an hour after your scheduled appt to call you in. I know most of the time they walk around in there doing nothing. They should have someone call or text you when to come in when they’re ready."
"I have been discriminated. I have been treated horribly. I have been in this clinic for one month and I've had 3 cancelations on the doctor site. I've had 10 referrals that weren't filled out correctly and sent out to different hospitals and other clinics, especialist without the medical code. Empty and I'm so sick and tired. I need to know who the owner of this clinic is. Or I'm gonna send the news media and make a big thing about this. They're gonna make me have a heart attack. I already feel sick. My heart has a lot of pressure. I've been on the phone 42 weeks and one day every day"
"Very friendly. The nurse made me feel comfortable who did my breast imaging. She made the process go fast. Another time there was this lady Dr. who went out of her way to find a specialist who was willing to take my case and get a stereotactic biopsy done to me asap instead of waiting for one whole month. Thank you!"
