"Please. This place deserves NO stars! Talk about an unprofessional uneducated fake medical place. I'm not even sure they are a medical office. I'm not sure what they do there. BUT I do know that this place is a farce!!!! And they are RACISTS against Americans!!!! I've been hung up on a DOen Times a. I've had to call Molina to get a new doctor since no one is ever here to help me! I've went a MONTH without being able to check my sugar level because the monitor they gave me stopped working and new battery didn't help. I TRIED to get a new one and they won't even answer the phone and when they DO answer the phone if they don't like what you say you get hung up on!!!!!!"
"This medical company as a whole is very inconsiderate of their patients. Add it to the list of unhelpful medical care. I’ve had a number of frustrating experiences with them and I’ve always left feeling very uncared for and like I’m just a number."
"a very bad experience, the dr was not professional at all, they are not pediatrics but somehow they accept to see kids, and when it comes to referring to a specialist they are not capable to do it, also they refuse to do my sons physical because he's autistic, I felt discriminated and neglected."
"I’ve never had to deal with a team that doesn’t know how to submit referral documentation. Apparently, Stephanie is the only person that can submit and request the proper documentation and yet she is not able to get assigned instructions for proper documentation to be submitted correctly. My insurance has approved the authorization but I can’t make an appointment for my treatment because the office doesn’t understand the necessary instructions to submit the documentation. It’s been a week that I’ve been dealing with the back and forth between Stephanie and the appointment setter. It’s been absolutely ridiculous!"
"Quick Summary: Do not go here. Gateway incorrectly unbundled my lab testing to bill for every single lab test rather than correctly use one code for an annual checkup. This resulted in a large bill to me that I am still disputing. Despite calling and following up in person over 10 times since September, Gateway still refuses to either resolve it or get the appropriate people involved to assist. Long Story: I called at the end of July to discuss the possibility of getting lab tests. I told the receptionist I was only willing to do the exam if it wasn’t going to be a lot of money. She confirmed that with my insurance I was able to get a free annual exam. After confirming again over the phone, I was told that my insurance completely covered it. I end up getting the lab results and had a Gateway doctor call me to discuss the results. I figured that would at least be a copay. I received a call from the receptionist at Gateway shortly after and asked if I needed to pay anything. She confirmed via the phone call that my insurance covered it and I was not responsible for any copays or additional bills since the “doctor’s visit” was over the phone. A month later, I received a large bill from Quest Diagnostics, where Gateway sends you for lab testing. Gateway incorrectly used separate codes for every single lab test instead of using an annual checkup code, which they confirmed with me over the phone. Not only is “unbundling” of services not allowed, it is illegal. I have been following up with Gateway since September and each time they have told me someone is taking care of it. I haven’t been receiving responses. I have also emailed their accounting person, but have not heard anything from him. In speaking with Quest about my large bill, they have stated that all I need is for Gateway to send them updated codes. I have emailed Gateway the fax number and phone number for Quest. I have told them exactly what I need from them. However, they keep referring me to an accounting department who has been completely unresponsive. Do not waste your time here. They are not attentive to your needs and are very difficult to get ahold of."
