"Went there in the morning (11am), they were supposed to send my Rx to CVS, it's 3pm, CVS still has not received it. I tried to call them 3 times, they never pick up the call, typical of the whole Palomar Group. When you finally get through their automated system you get the "your call is important to us" until it's not anymore to you obviously. Finally got through after 4 attempts and the Rx had not been sent, this is totally unprofessional, especially when it's a time sensitive medication"
"First time coming here and went in due to sore throat and aches. Dr. stated they don't have any Covid test and I would have to go get one myself and test myself due to insurances no longer covering the cost of Covid test. Asked if I can get any medication due to being unable to swallow. She stated I go get something over the counter at cvs. After persisting I need some type of medication or care she stated they don't have numbing cream if I opted with a shot (a option she didn't want to do.) didn't get the careI needed, l my heart rate was high as well and she mentioned nothing about that. Don't recommend and will be switching insurances."
"Previous visits years ago were OK. I'm really disappointed this time. The front desk was fine. The only reason I went in today was because an online dr requested I go to urgent care if this gets worse, which it did. They ran tests, and the same nurse came into my room 4 separate times asking for the wrong patient. But at the end of the visit, the Dr told me to go to counseling for anxiety.....no ma'am, I came in per another drs request. It's difficult to advocate for yourself when you're sick. And now I go home feeling insulted and sick."
"I was there today, no issues checking in, I was the only one there, passed inside almost immediately. Nurse assistant did all vitals and inquired all the details about the reason for my visit, I explained. Then the.. I don’t even know who she was, or title because she didn’t introduce herself, came to the door, did not touch me, said I had pink eye, asked for the pharmacy to send eye drops and left, probably 30 seconds is my best estimate. The fact that an Urgen care doesn’t have a real doctor is unsettling, but that the ‘practitioners’ cannot dedicate 5 minutes to a patient is upsetting, specially when there is no one else waiting. Next time I will just go straight to the Emergency room. Urgent care is not worth it."
