"I was a patient until they called me the day of my appointment and informed me that the appointment had to be canceled because they were no longer a contracted provider, which is interesting because they called to confirm my appointment the week before. When I called them back to find out what that meant, I got their voicemail. I left a message on their voicemail the same day as my appointment. It has been over a week, and they have still not called me back to explain why they dropped me as a patient and what they meant by no longer a contracted provider. It has now been over a month. They have not returned two of my phone calls. If you are looking for professional and competent care look somewhere else. November 3, 2023 Update: they still have not called me back. While I would normally move on, they decided that they would send me a bill for “services” that either I never received or should have been covered by insurance. The bill was from June of this year. This is the first time I received any notice of this bill over four months after the supposed rendering of “service.” I called AGAIN and left a message about disputing the charge. They have not called me back and I left the message on their receptionists voicemail on October 31, 2023. If they are reading this (because they won’t call me back), I am disputing the charge."
"i don't feel i received adequate care. my first appointment the P.A. told me some on the meds i am on were old and don't work. she changed all my meds which were not covered by my insurance unless prior approved. we talked about that & i told her IF they are covered they are non formulary and i would have a $100. copay. i was basically told so what."
"1. Very poor access by telephone: It is impossible to get through calling so I had to drive there each time I needed to talk with them. They laughed when I mentioned it and said that the people who answer telephones work a home. They must not be home! 2. Very difficult to make an appointment with a reasonable time: Both times I needed to make an important appointment when I needed to see the doctor right away I was given dates over 2 months out. In both cases my appointment was scheduled with the next 2 weeks after I threatened to get another doctor or report them to Medicare and United Healthcare. 3. Poor appointment scheduling of patients: I waited 45 minutes after I arrived on time for my appointment to see my doctor. I ABSOLUTELY HATE DEALING WITH THIS PLACE!!!! This is an update: I fired them and have a new doctor. He is pretty good far. Wish me luck!"
"If I could give zero stars, I would. I contacted them and left a VM for someone to return my call. I waited 2 weeks and was told they needed my history. I said well why did you call me back 2 weeks ago, and she said it wasnt her problem. 1 strike.. so I got my doctors office to fax it over 5 times, I have the receipt saying they received it. I called them back again, was told they never received and was told they would contact me when they received it, that was almost over 6 weeks ago. this staff is terrible and absolutely no follow up. do not use them.."
"My OBGYN sent a referral in February and I had to wait months to get an appointment in May only to have them call me a week before the appointment and say I can’t be seen until Mid-August because the doctor they scheduled me with won’t be available. For a pregnant woman trying to figure what’s going on this is horrible! I’m due at the end of August so that means I will have a severe lapse in care, I wish there were other places around. These people have terrible communication, the care coordinator who called me was rude and just hung up after telling me a date. I’m willing to drive however far I need to to avoid these people with terrible communication and bad attitudes, please consider asking your doctor for a referral elsewhere."
