"I don’t leave a lot of reviews but this one felt warranted. If you want a medical team that talks down to you and at you instead of with you and listens then this is the place for you. If you’re a human and actually want a decent beside manner and people that actually listen then I’d look elsewhere. 0/10 don’t recommend."
"If I could give 0 stars, I would. To really understand what to expect from Senta Neurosurgery, I would keep reading. The three main issues are their choices of outstandingly horrible staff, their long wait times, and their complete disregard for actually helping patients. For the first point, I have never experienced such a rude and unpleasant group of staff. Specifically, who I have read a plethora of horrible reviews about, Tanya, seems to have bad track record with many patients, including myself. Secondly, the wait times, as you will read in many of these reviews, are so long it is disrespectful. Work, family, any other plans you may have had, cancel it if you have an appointment. If you say anything about the long wait time either, the staff will be sure to make the situation worse. I understand physicians have busy schedules, but at some point, it is too much. Lastly, I feel strongly that Senta Neurosurgery actually has no regard for their patients outside of the paycheck they receive. Referrals that are promised for one day get pushed for weeks, leaving you in even more pain than before becoming a patient here. The point of becoming a physician is to "do no harm," and I would hope that extends to the staff of a physicians office as well. To wrap up, some people should not be in healthcare. Senta Neurosurgery should know they are working with a population of people who may be in pain, who need surgery or rehab, and people who have exhausted so many other options at feeling somewhat normal again. Senta Neurosurgery obviously does not understand this, as shown by their impatient and rude staff, long wait times, and disregard for their patients. By the way, Heaven forbid you are in pain and speaking on the phone with a staff member, they may just hang up on you (like they did to me)."
"They have two clinics. I was sitting there for 20 mins and no one told me I was in the wrong office. It would have taken them 10 seconds to let me know and I could have made my appointment."
"Never in my life have I interacted with a clinic that very clearly does not put their patients first. The doctor has been giving us the run-around since day one. We had a call scheduled a while back that we had adjusted work for and the doctor missed it with no explanation or apology, and staff seemed to be irritated when we tried other numbers to reach her at during our scheduled call appointment. When we FINALLY got a hold of a fellow they could not answer a single question and said that was all for the resident. Absolutely useless! After ringing through to voicemail with no return calls for WEEKS, we finally reached a live body who informed us of an appointment scheduled for us at a specific date and time. They had not bothered to let us know about the appointment, we had to CALL OURSELVES and just so happened to find out this appointment existed?? Work was moved around to accommodate the appointment once again and 10 minutes before the scheduled time the assistant calls and says the doctor asked her to call and CANCEL. We have not been able to see or speak to the doctor since the very first consult in January. More diagnostic imaging has been available to them for 2 weeks, and we have a surgery scheduled for two weeks from now and yet no one can tell us really anything?! At this point we don’t even really know what it is that’s being surgically removed???? Can’t get answers if we cannot get in contact to ask questions either. This is ridiculous! Red flag central."
"My wife was complaining about having an extremely itchy ear. So we thought we'd get it checked out by an ENT. We looked for one from our insurance app (Blue Cross Blue Shield). That's where we found this place. She was seen and told everything was normal. The entire appointment took less than 15 minutes. Almost one year later we received a bill from one Perry T. Mansfield. We had already forgotten about the visit so we did not know what the bill was for. So we search for the Dr. and found out he is an ENT doctor. We then realized the bill could only be for our visit here. I wrote a review on Dr. Mansfield regarding our experience. About three weeks ago he called my wife. He said he did not understand why I wrote the review since my wife never saw him. He threatened to sue is for slander if we did not take the review down. Last week we received another bill from this Dr. If we did not see him then why does he keep billing us. We have contacted our insurance company trying to fix the issue. If you are looking to get seen for ENT from Blue Cross Blue Shield and you found this place on the app like we did. I highly recommend you go somewhere else."
