"Dr. Kendra is amazing. This was my first trying MFR to help with my sciatic pain and I’ve seen a huge improvement. I have tried everything from massage therapy to acupuncture and this is the first time I’m seeing longer term results. Ive done 7 sessions with Dr Kendra already and I could not be happier I found her."
"Dr. Kendra is a miracle worker! My entire life, I’ve had to plan around my periods because they were so debilitating and painful. I would be in pain 3 weeks out of every month. After trying every solution I could find with no progress, I was blessed to come across Dr. Kendra and her mayofascial healing. After 6-8 sessions, I didn’t notice a difference and was frustrated. She encouraged me to give it at least 10 and I’m so happy I did. It was like a switch flipped in my body and I’ve had the most manageable, painless periods ever since. I feel like I have my life back. For any kind of pain, I would highly recommend consulting with Dr. Kendra and letting her work her magic!"
"Dr. Kendra is an amazing provider and is so passionate about helping woman with pain naturally. She truly wants the best for her patients! Highly recommend if you deal with period pain as our doc never tells us the power of pelvic PT for this!!"
"Run, don’t walk and setup a session or 4 as needed with Kendra! Kendra brings a generous heart, intentional practice, and sincere presence to reveal/heal the root cause of your ailments. Her skills and understanding in the practice of John F Barnes Myofascial Release are extraordinary. She treated me several times as well as my neurologically challenged furbaby Lucy. The physical transformation I experienced was significant. She listened to my words and pain. I feel so much more fluid and present in my body. Speaking for my Lucy-girl, I can say that Kendra hit the spots many times to relieve her difficulties as well….. how did Lucy relate her gratitude for Kendra? Lucy trusted Kendra’s loving hands and treatment and expressed her relief from pain with resounding whacks of her tail!"
"I hardly leave reviews, but Dr Kendra deserves one. I came to her after seeing a different Physical Therapist for a pelvic floor prolapse after baby #3. After two months with the first PT, I noticed zero change in my symptoms and was feeling a bit hopeless. I am an ultra runner, but things were getting to the point where running was getting uncomfortable. When a runner can’t run, things aren’t good! Kendra made a plan for me, and although I was initially skeptical about myofascial release, I was open to trying. And I am 100% happy I did! I could tell a difference after my second visit and with each subsequent visit my symptoms were improving. By my last visit with Dr Kendra, she could barely feel the prolapse anymore and I was having zero issues with running (or with every day life for that matter). She creates a space where you feel safe and important. Double bonus if you like the smell of lemongrass :) My only complaint is that I hadn’t gone to her earlier!"
