"Inconsiderate and Unprofessional for a spine and rehab doctors office I would think they would know better then to ask me , a patient with moderate to severe lower back,leg ,shoulder and neck pain, to come to my appointment 1/2 an hour early only to have me wait seated in the waiting room for over an hour now . My appointment was at 11am I was told to be here no later then 10:30am , it is now 11:57 and I still have not even been called back .All the while I can hear doctor Mann, on the phone discussing the previous patients case to someone. They should be more considerate knowing their patients have difficulty sitting for long periods of time and is super uncomfortable. I’m basically waiting on someone else’s appointment that he’s on the phone with. It says on the paperwork that the APPOINTMENT can take 2-3 hours not that you will be waiting in the waiting room for that entire time. If you have an option to choose a different QME office please do , they do not care here , as I’m STILL waiting…. Update 12:17pm still have seen the doctor. Update 12:45pm nothing…"
