"Awful experience with the neurology clinic. Messages were sent as urgent every week and they were not responded. Requests were sent to speak with the manager because the issue was not resolved and the manager did not respond even after the receptionist told me that the manager was aware of the issue and was receiving the messages sent to her. Lack of patient care and this only affected my family member's health."
