"Can't even get a hold of them, I am a new patient trying to schedule an appointment but the phone rings twice and then says "that mailbox is full" and then goes back into the menu option over and over again, already don't trust this place."

"Please don't use this Dr he is a butcher. He permanently dramaged my spinal cord and them actually said it wasn't his fault. He thinks he is great and when trying to ask questions he belittles you. Even one of his staff knew what he did and said don't let him get away with his blatant lack of the law.bhe not only damaged my spinal cord inflicting so many severe conditions along with so many falls which lead to injuries. The inconvenience I have to deal with at times became life threatening!!! And when I asked for copy of chart this immoral person had poorly, anvery obviously forged my hospital chart you could actually see paper taped over real notes. Save yourself please stayaway from this HACK!!!!!"

"They scheduled me when doctors were having a meeting and tried saying my appointment was earlier that day. After telling them no my appointment is right now they repeated themselves and said my appointment was earlier and I missed it. After gaslighting me about the time of my appointment I remembered the day before they left a voicemail confirming my appointment. The office lady said the time of my appointment on the voicemail and I was right. The first time I ever went here my doctor said if physical therapy doesn’t help he will do the surgery and now a second doctor here is saying surgery is not an option. He wants me to do physical therapy/ take shots on my back for the rest of my life."
