"I made a appointment 3 months ago at the Corona office. My appointment is tomorrow so I get a tex my appointment is in Menifee. I called to speak to someone. They said someone had called and spoke to me to say Dr. Is going on a vacation . So they are sending me to Menifee instead of Corona. That was never true. Then she had a attitude talking to me like it was my fault. Very unprofessional!"
"What kind of B.S. phone system does this office use? I was actively talking to someone trying to set an appointment and the phone system just disconnected me mid-call right at 4:30pm on the nose, then it's impossible to call back as any entry is an "invalid entry" because they "are now closed". If i wasn't forced to go here by my PCP's referral I'd probably just take my business elsewhere."
