"Appt wasn't done by correct kind of doctor. Was sent to Crouch St/ to get an injection of cortisone for a torn rotator cuff. When I arrived was told this was only for another referral, and that the doctor there said he wasn't qualified to do the procedure. Since then though I was sent to OSNC and yesterday had a cortisone injection. So now all is well."

"After waiting 1 month for my appointment, I was told by Joanne Van Beecher Horne that since TrueCare overbooked her, she could only address 3 of my issues. If I wanted anything else I would have to book another slot and wait another month. What kind of care is this? While I don't deny that overbooking has always been an issue with providers, I've never been spoken to a provider that way and if she has issues with her employer it's her job to take it up with HR. Very unprofessional. I'm changing providers in a few months so I'll never have to experience this again. Oh and to top all of this off, she had time to remove all of my "unnecessary notes and expired medications" but not time to address my concerns. Way to prioritize, lady. I'm glad she's just a NP and not a surgeon because she clearly doesn't know how to handle stress. This happened over 2 years ago and I never went back to her for my GP appointments after that. My GP used to be Meredith and she was great but she went elsewhere so I was stuck with Ms. Beech. Perhaps I caught her on her bad day but as a health care professional providing front-facing service, she clearly failed that day and it has left an indelible stain on my opinions about this organization. Cannot recommend her at all. And perhaps this is what happens when medical care gets too big; it becomes unmanageable and chaotic. Choose your provider wisely."
