"They never answer to make clarifications, they charged me much more than if it had been private, the private consultation is 85 dollars and they charge me more than 200 through insurance, the receipt arrived at my house even though I already paid the deductible of 45 in each consultation, it would have been better if they had told me that it would be better for me to make the appointment as an individual. The truth is, the consultation and the attention deserve 5 stars. It is a communication error. I think they should speak clearly. It is better to go as an individual. I like their attention."

"I only agreed to optional skin treatments after they told me that all of the costs would be covered by my insurance policy. It turns out that the dermatologist charged my insurance provider substantially more than the allowed rate... now the dermatologist wants me to pay this overcharge amount and have sent the bill to a collection agency. Really!?!?"
