Seven Star ENDOCRINOLOGY

"I've been telling them for 4 months my dose is wrong it's not enough... No one would listen...I wish I would have read reviews before I picked this doctor office...what a nightmare! you cannot get a return call to save your life!!! from anybody... I drove down there to the office. And spoke to the gentleman said he would handle it well he was a liar... And if and when you do get a call back, They say they finished it and took care of it, NOT ! the receiving end call which would be your pharmacy, hasn't heard a word from them since the 30th. So unprofessional. every single person in this office... They can't keep doctors, that should be a big clue there's a problem...what a joke!!! I feel sorry for every single patient that has to go deal with these 2 locations, Hemet and Murrieta..I apologize find another doctor office quick...I know it's not easy these days"

"No one will answer the phone! I have been trying for 2 months. I had to physically drive to menifee and speak to someone on the family care side because they weren't there on a Friday. I don't even know how they are doing business. I'm an established patient and they sure haven't called me either. Really upsetting."

"they never answer the phone and do not communicate with your doctors. you basically have to do THEIR job for them. If you can, ask your insurance switch. Do NOT go here. They dont take your medical needs serious at all."
