"My 5 month old son was very sick with a bad cough I made an appointment, arrived on time and was denied due to (no insurance) but we do have insurance so I took him to er and was helped , it’s absurd that they denied my son due to their lack of competence never going back ever again"

"Worst doctors office ever!!!! Never answers the phone and when they finally do they hang up on you and then you can’t call back I’m trying to make appointment for my daughters ear infection and can’t cause of their incompetence!! The urgent care in the same plaza is better than this office might as well make them her primary since this office never does their job right and even you get in the doctors don’t care and don’t listen!! Will be taking my children else where"

"IMPOSSIBLE to get in to see an MD! Several months out for an appointment. They wouldn't even talk to you on the phone until you get the kids registered with them over the phone, which btw takes a good 30 minutes per kid. Average wait on the phone to speak with someone is over 10 minutes. If you guys are sooo extremely busy, then please don't try to take on more patients. Just say, "Not accepting new patients!". Having said the above, I'm sure their pediatricians are great docs, which would explain why they are so busy."

"I’ve been coming here since before they were children’s primary care they were pediatric partners and they were good they were always attentive but recently I’ve noticed more new drs. Coming in and now they even have a nice building and o have to say I’m glad my babies are seen here! I feel heard seen and I feel that the Drs and staff care I’ve head heart felt conversations with drs who HEAR ME OUT and don’t cut to the chance dr Vu is wonderful she helped me when I felt I need my son to see a specialist and that’s what happen He ended up need a specialist an a small procedure ! Thankyou for being you for hearing and caring for us CPC their integrated mental health is also wonderful our kids deserve to be happy health mind and body"

"AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST!!!!! This place is ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!!!!! They just make you waste your time. We called their number to ask for some info on how to manage an upcoming appointment… the call goes to a call center which gives you wrong information. Then you show up and the front office wants to reschedule your appointment for following the directions you were given. They couldn't care less about anything. Oh and to top it all off EVERYONE has to go in to the exam room, they can’t leave anyone waiting in the lobby. Do yourself a favor and find yourself a better office where the office staff cares about their patients. I only gave them 1 star because i have to click one, but 1 star is being generous."
