"I recently moved to Hemet from Maine to be closer to my family and needed to find all new doctors. I chose Rancho Family Medical because of their great reviews, I found the office staff to be very friendly and helpful and the doctor took the time to listen to me, however when it comes to ordering my prescriptions the doctor has been terrible. Over thanksgiving I was without a medication for days so I called way ahead at Christmas time so that it wouldn’t happen again. I called every day for five days requesting my medication and it was never called in which is completely unacceptable and irresponsible. I will now need to be looking for a new PCP which is very difficult and frustrating."

"I had a telehealth phone interview with Abigail Kent she is by far the most rude and uneducated doctor I’ve been going to Rancho since 2018. And she’s made me never want to come back. For one she proceeded to question me about my current reason for being out of the state which has nothing to do with her duties as a doctor I’m a resident of Californiaand they have my license on file correct? and I’m setting up continuation of care from my current placement to California for when I arrive within the next week (every doctor should know about continuation of care she clearly is dumbfounded). Then she proceeded to tell me I shouldn’t be seeing two doctors at once it’s not good when if she was an active listener she would’ve heard that I told her the last time I seen a Dr at Rancho was in March almost 5+ months ago… once again speaking on things that has nothing to do with her doctor care . And even after telling her I would be having labs , nutritionist diets workout schedules etc faxed over she proceeded to tell me that she wanted me to do that whole process over … again . Being freshly turned 25 (June) and being prediabetic high BP high cholesterol with protein in my urine and obese for my weight /height related to my BMI you would think a doctor would say you know what let’s see what you qualify for insurance etc (weight loss medication) but instead she immediately shot it down and said no you wouldn’t qualify when there IS a way to write these things up so insurance can approve it , it just takes a decent non lazy doctor to do it. She appeared to be very rude, not an active listener , just wanting to talk, NOSEY and money hungry (keep scheduling appointments so the patient/insurance can pay her) until she got what she wanted but in the end I ended up finding a doctor who prescribed the weight loss medication I needed through telehealth and I paid the same amount as my co pay and doctors bill here at Rancho with my medication included . Abigail being a doctor doesn’t allow you to speak on things you don’t know, not listen to a patient, be money hungry and want a patient to do a million and one things and even be lazy because u want to take the easy route to dismiss a patient . I’m a nurse but what people fail to realize is I’m a licensed nurse in five states and I will be reporting you to the board for your poor work ethic , maleficence and rudeness/disrespectful bed side manner. If you think I’m kidding you wait and see in due time I’m tired of people not listening to me considering my health and getting away with being asshokes I did that when I had my first child and look at the poor health I’m in (which I can’t throw all the blame on others) but you get the picture I put my foot down . STAY AWAY FROM RANCHO IN HEMET. Anything that’s in hemet especially with Abigail Kent’s name ? ALL BAD"

"Don’t like that you can’t call the office that you go to instead your call sent to the main office. Also they spelt my name wrong a this location and told the receptionist if he can change it said yes. Then at the lab and they don’t have my work cause the name was spelt wrong and then won’t do my lab work cause the name doesn’t match my ID. Now I had to go get a physical lab paperwork and lost my appointment at the lab. What could’ve been an hour turn into 4 hour lab work"

"I had an MRI performed 11 days ago, and after not hearing anything from my doctor, I finally called to follow up. I was told that my results had been reported the day after my MRI, and had just been sitting there. No notification from my doctor about the results. Not a text, not an email, not a phone call. I am super disappointed. They tell me they are putting in a consult for ortho and physical therapy. And I’m assuming I’ll have to follow up on that too. This is a doctor I have seen for several years and I just feel really unimportant. I specifically chose this group because I used to receive really good care and now I don’t really feel that way."

"Horrible. They have cancelled every visit I have made. When I finally got in they told me i would need two appointments to set up care a visit to say "hello" and another for my free physical. I paid $150 for the "hello" appointment. Just got my bill for that appt in the mail they want another $180. The doctor didn't even touch me and they refused to do my free physical appt until later. I made an appt for my son a few weeks ago and they made the wrong one AGAIN. I made one for my daughter and they cancelled it without telling me. This place just seems scammy."
