"Concentra has successfully caused me such a massive amount of anxiety. Due to my transparency about being in recovery, this facility proceeded to give me such a hard time. They gave me a form for my doctor to sign, and when I got it signed they called and berated my sober living. My sober living found this behavior to be extremely inappropriate. When I called Concentra they proceeded to put me on an endless hold. I can only imagine this was a tactic to get me to hang up. If the doctor would just tell me what information she needs I would be more than happy to share it. I really just feel so disrespected and upset."
