"I’m not too much into writing reviews unless I feel like it’s necessary. My first visit at the clinic was fine, I liked my provider, though the treatment I was given was ineffective? I had to return a week later after working a shift all night and hopes to get an answer of what was going on. Not only did I feel like the provider was not listening to me, she told me that I had a UTI just based on what she heard, even tho my symptoms weren’t urinary they were vaginal. The room was set up for her to do a swab but she only took my pee, listened to me for 5 mins, talked for 10 about I can’t even tell you what, then I had to sit there for 30 just to be walked out. I paid $20 for a urine culture too. Was told it does seem like I have more going on but I need to make another appointment. So wasted time. I scheduled my 3rd appointment, and got here 20 mins early just to be told after my appointment time it would be another 20 mins wait. They offered me to leave and reschedule after I just drove and waited. And Oh guess what I didn’t had a UTI either from last time. These people act like I have all the Time in the world. I work full-time and don’t have the time to just be coming up here all the time and especially waiting for 40 minutes on a day off when I have 1 million other things to do. Unprofessional inconsiderate nurse, the only people here worth seeing are the front desk girls. They should be proving the care."

"The doctors & nursing assistants are always super knowledgeable, respectful, and helpful with anything you need. Whether it's birth control, plan b, women's health checks, etc. They always make you feel at ease & comfortable, regardless of the reason for your visit. My only complaint is the waiting times & front desk staff. Sometimes you get a nice front desk agent, other times they seem depressed and over talking to you. Generally not super friendly. And to add on to the wait times..they don't let you check in that early, wait times for getting called back vary between 10 mins to 1.5 hours (so, no consistency), and they will let walk-ins go in before you.. even if you had an appointment beforehand, just because they were in line before you. Isn't always the case, but it's happened to me 2/3 times I've been there. Otherwise, the facility is always very sanitary and well maintained. Very welcoming environment."
