"Our family has been using this service since January 2023 and they are amazing! Kate & Dr. Sleep are so down-to-earth and answer all my endless questions...they have really put me at ease throughout my treatments. As someone with a history of skin cancer & Mohs surgery - I'm excited about the new technologies they offer as options. The mobile van is clean and handicapped accessible. Recently, I had lazer treatment on my badly sun damaged face/arms. Already, after just one treatment, my face has not looked this good since I was in my twenties! Best of all this new lazer treatment will prevent future cancer & Mohls surgery (If you've had this kind of surgery you know how brutal they are!) Once I'm past all the sun damage & skin cancer treatments, I'm going to have them do some elective skin treatments. "This company came into our senior community Landmark in HB. I had a biopsy done on 6/12. It is now over 2 months ago, 3 phone calls later (me to them) and finally someone told me my results over the phone which I find inappropriate. I never received a written follow up or any communications from this company except a bill, which I paid in full over a month ago. Save your money and time and do not use this service just because it seems convenient because it is a mobile service. HORRIBLE SERVICE IS JUST THAT Mobile or in the Office. What a rip off, I wish I could cancel my check but of course they cashed it a month ago, guess they forgot they also had to supply the patient with the results."
