"John provided outstanding service from the beginning. He organized our flight, lodging and vehicular transport and everything was seamless and smooth. He is passionate about travel and truly cares about his customers as he went above and beyond to provide us with a list of places to see at our destination (all of which were amazing.) Sadly, our destination (Lahaina in Maui) burned to the ground the day after we left. Our hearts go out to all who perished and suffered through the horrific fire. We managed to create beautiful memories in a place now gone thanks to John."
