"I like Optum Medical Group. I never wait more than 10-15 min. The staff is always friendly. Nurse Carranza is absolutely one of the best providers they have. I highly recommend her she’s caring takes time to listen to you and provides excellent care. I take my kids to her and I definitely recommend her to friends and family. It is best to make an appointment if possible."

"By far the worst experience ever. I was having a hard time breathing due to my allergies. My primary doctors office had no one available for a week. I called AppleCare to see where I can visit an urgent care, the customer service lady on the phone very rudely said I should visit my primary doctor, until I explained to her that I already tried. Mind you, I’m not feeling well and already irritated. She then tells me there is 1 urgent care in my area, but they don’t open until 5. Okay I go, and it’s not crowded, only 9-10 people max. The wait was very long since they only had 1 doctor. I was there since 5 and did not get seen until 8. When the doctor finally came in, she did not check my temperature, did not check my throat, did not check any of my vitals, only checked my breathing. I told her that I have a hard time sleeping at night since my throat closes up on me and not even my inhaler is working. She was looking up on her phone what medicine to prescribe and prescribed me steroid nasal spray and told me to take over the counter cough medication. When I left and called the pharmacy they said they only had afrin, which is an over the counter nasal spray that I already have. I called the doctor back and told them, they said the medicine does contain steroids. I called the pharmacy back and they confirmed it’s simple over the counter medication, no steroids. We called the doctor again and this time they said that is what the doctor ordered. Seriously!?! All this time waiting just for an over the counter medicine? I told them this has not been working for me and they said I need to follow up with my primary care doctor. The people in the front are very rude, no help, and where talking badly about other patients IN FRONT OF US! Especially the guy in he front Manny C. The doctors name is Onejekwe. This place is a scam and a complete waste of time. Save yourself a trip and don’t come here! Go to he emergency room or the county hospital, you will get better treatment, these people do not care about your health. I normally do not write reviews, but in this case it involves my health and I would hate for someone to be treated the way I have by this office. Tomorrow morning I am calling my insurance as well as the supervisor of his office."

"Whoever I spoke to that would be checking availability - setting appointments was very dismissive. Unless I changed to their doctor she wouldn't even let me know if their doctor would be able to see me today. Why would I change doctors and the doctor not be available? So, I can just stay sick until he was available or offered me to wait until 5pm for urgent care? Not humane at all. I'll let everyone I know to stay away from this place."

"I loved coming here to see Dr. Christides and Dr. Seema both are wonderful doctors and get everything done. They have walk in appointments and a pharmacy downstairs if you don't want to use the national pharmacies. Their staff is pleasant and very friendly with helping you with paperwork. Miss coming here hopefully soon they'll accept my new coverage."
