"5-star experience. The office itself – the building, décor, furniture – is notably beautiful. It’s full of natural sunlight which really makes for a pleasant experience. Many of the rooms even have recliner armchairs and dim lighting. While the physical setting might sound like a trivial matter, I bring it up because I’ve read several accounts of others’ experiences at different clinics where mentions of hard, plastic chairs, bright and sharp fluorescent light, and a noisy office negatively impact the infusion experience itself. All of the staff and practitioners -- Dr. Zarrabi, Ando, and Mirella, to name a few -- are super accommodating and actually genuinely kind and caring. I also really appreciate that they utilize scientifically valid mental health assessment questionnaires before each infusion, and actually use this information to guide the treatment; again, this adds to the overall impression that they are there to make a difference and produce lasting improvements. Life-changing. Cannot recommend HKC enough."
