"If you went here in the past this is not the same place. Look at the reviews in the last 6 months and you can tell for yourself. I have been going here for a couple of years. Everyone has been nice and they were open to talking about my questions and concerns. It has been 9 months since my last visit and boy how things have changed. I completed their text for easier check in. As I was being roomed they told me they didn't take my insurance at that location. Their system had told me that they did take my insurance and gave me a copay. No explanation of what the charge would be. I got there about 10 minutes before my 9:30 appt. I didn't get put in a room until after 10 and I didn't see the provider until after 10:30. I was told that the reason was that there was a lot of walk-ins in front of me. Not sure why a walk-in supersedes an appt?The medical assistant asked me my height and weight and took my pulse ox, but didn't take my blood pressure. She did asked me if I had tripped in the last 2 weeks, whether I had stairs in my house, and if I used a cane. I don't have any outward symptoms of having mobility issues, so I asked why the questions. She stated that they asked all their patients. My total time with the provider was about 3 minutes. I questioned what had just happened and was told that I had received a prescription to go have my blood drawn and a refill for another prescription. I had to ask where to go to get my blood drawn, but no number of location. I spoke with a couple of people at their customer service office, and got no where with them. For the most part they were nice, but there was no value for $89 self pay. A basic office visit per insurance guidelines is 10-15 minutes. There were a few more issues, but this is getting long. Good Luck, and look somewhere else if you want quality medical care and good customer service."

"FAIR WARNING! You are NOT allowed to pay out of pocket here they will refuse to see you even if your too sick to drive to another Urgent care they do not care. They only accept certain insurance policies and refuse to allow you to pay out of pocket aka they just want to be able to bill your insurance a higher amount they would be able to acceptably bill you personally… Not sure what that’s about but we will not be trying to visit this place again."

"The service here is ok, but the billing is horrible. Have been a few times because it is a block away and on my last visit was told that “insurance is stating that the cost is $100” but when I recieve by claim from Cigna the cost of service was supposed to be $35. When I called about the discrepency, they were extremely rude and could never provide me with a good explanation of why there was a $100 charge and they refused to refund the difference. I would reccomend going some place else that isn’t shady and trying to rip you off."
