"The staff is nice and friendly but that's all they have going for them. I came to this office living a normal happy life. Now I'm bedridden and jobless with a mountain of debt. I wanted to know why I had lots of chin hair and they immediately gave me birth control. I developed mental health issues that I never had before and was diagnosed with bipolar 2. I gained extremely painful cysts from the birth control. They will try to brainwash you and tell you that's not possible but whatever hormones they put me on changed me for the worse. They sent me out to the absolutely worst OBGYN (Dr pinches) i could have dreamed of. A man who didn't give me the time of day and just wanted to shove his fingers inside for a uncomfortably painful and embarrassing examination. He immediately told me I needed to be on medication that starts my menopause at 30 years old. I refused so he did a hysteropathy on me, which took 5 months to schedule because he forgot to show up to surgery twice when I was in the hospital. After the dnc I've had even worse periods, ones that send me to the emergency room in an ambulance and make me consider ending my life from the pain. They don't care about you here. They still have no idea what's wrong with me and it's horrifying. I know why people boycott this place now. My bad for trusting them with my health."

"I was told about this location from a great friend. I recently had my insurance terminated and after some complications health wise I was in need of birth control. This location was able to make an appointment same day and take care of all of my needs. The staff here is absolutely amazing. I have had a PPO my entire life and I have never received exceptional treatment like the one I received here today. I’ve been in the medical field for over 12 years and everyone in the office was just amazing that I had to write this review. The office staff, the manager, the doctor everyone is so professional. I would recommend this location. They have wonderful communication. They even apologized for the wait. They are just exceptional. The entire office does care for their patients and I’m so grateful to have been here today. I am just overjoyed on how wonderful my experience was. Thank you so much to everyone that was so kind, patient and understanding. I am very thankful and I thank you for your service of assisting everyone and myself with such professionalism."

"I got a copper IUD placed here and from start to finish the experience was wonderful. - I walked in the morning and was able to get an appointment the very same day. -After filling out some paperwork, I had the IUD placed free of charge which is an absolute life saver. -The center is very clean and the workers were friendly. - I was given a heat pack and extra Advil for the procedure after expressing my concern for pain. - The Doctor was very good at answering any questions and giving thorough explanations. Throughout the procedure, she walked me through each step and went at a pace comfortable to me. The doctor was very gentle and it really didn’t hurt as much as the internet had made me believe it would. The whole thing was over in just a few minutes, and afterwards I was able to stay lying down and relax until I was ready. Overall 10/10 experience. Wonderful staff, I appreciate their kindness, patience, and they try and work with you to get you what you need. I’d go here again!"
