"My father was on the phone with some lady named Angela and she is the most racist person. My father speaks broken English. I explained it to her and she said “well he should probably learn” this is not professional how tf does this person have a job working in the medical field."

"They don’t post that most days they don’t accept walk-in care. Worst of all you have to pay to park even though I was turned away. Even as I had visible evidence of a ruptured eardrum."

"Don't go here! My nurse was not knowledgeable and ordered the wrong test. Then the results have still not been made available to me over six months later. After dozens of phone calls, letters, emails, and online messages I'm somehow still responsible for services that were incorrect AND never rendered. Every person I spoken to has been unhelpful with a bad attitude. Thank God I'm with Kaiser now, were my complaint was responded to in less than 24 hrs. Here it took months and three response that didn't even address my issues. If you're sick, be careful!"
