"I would love to give Dr. Johnson 5 stars. She is amazing! remembers my kids, has a great report with them and really listens to our needs. I appreciate that we aren’t just treated like a number. On the downside, the office staff is TERRIBLE!!!! They are unkind and constantly rude and unhelpful. I requested a much needed prescription refill 1.5 weeks ago. It went unnoticed. I called the staff and begged them to get it done for my child. Today I called again and no one seemed to care. They just said “well the doctor is not in today, so we can’t do anything” I finally had to let them know I wouldn’t get off the phone till it was called in. She without apologizing just put me on hold. I sat on hold for over 25 minutes waiting for them to do their job and help my kid. It shouldn’t take a week and a half of emails and phone calls to get a prescription refilled! I love Dr. Johnson, but I’m so tired of poor customer service, especially when it comes to my kids health. They should do better. Dealing with this everytime is exhausting. We have been patients for 8 years now. My husband is also a Doctor and his staff would be fired if they treated people the way that the staff at this office handle people. I am never a person to go write bad reviews, but I need to let people know GO SOMEWHERE ELSE if you wanted to be treated like humans!"

"I'm not sure why this place has such bad reviews. I have 5 kids that see this office and the one in Murrieta - depending on which one has the sooner availability. I have had mostly good experiences with both offices. Being in the military, we've had a lot of different doctor's for our kids as we continually relocated from place to place. Now that I am settled down, I have to say that the staff at this clinic is one of my favorite in all of my experiences. We like the mychart feature a lot with them. They respond in a timely manner to any messages you send. e-Checking in is so convenient. They handled COVID really well. They have same-day online appointments if it's something that doesn't require you to come in. Their phone service isn't as awful as it could be - I've had some that are not a fun experience to go with. I recommend it to other families."

"We have been taking my kids to this office for the past 3 years. Staff has always been nice and always goes the extra mile to help. In general doctors have been great too particularly Dr. Paik, Dr. Johnson and Dr. Cason they always take the time to listen to our concerns, etc. Waiting times can be quite long (therefore the 4 star rating)"

"The staff is really friendly and the time varies for how long it takes for us to be seen which is typical to me. Once we are placed in our initial room waiting to seen by the doctors, it goes pretty fast from there. They are good with updates sometimes, there was one time my kid had an appointment but the power was out so they relocated but did not reach out to inform me so I had to drive an extra 20-30 minutes away."

"Terrible. After having a bad time at the pediatric partners in Hemet I thought I would drive over one hour away in hopes that this location would be better. My first day their they mixed up my kids vaccination cards had I not noticed I'm sure they would of administered the wrong vaccinations to the wrong kids. They then in a matter of 5 minutes LOST my child's little vaccination record book! Made me dump out my purse because they said I had it when I knew they lost it! 10 minutes later I received a apology because they found it. My second appointment, I was their for a 8am appointment. I was then told when I got their that my appointment time had changed and I was supposed to receive a call. I received NO calls. I sure as hell wouldn't drive over a hour for the hell of it. They ended up rescheduling me out a week. I would be a idiot if I ever went back to this place. People who work here couldn't find their ass with a road map including the doctors. I would not recommend any of the pediatric partners locations. Save your self the headache and everything else. Good riddance to this place. Wish I would of read the reviews before I made my decision in coming here."
