"First I want to give praise and recognition to Dr.Garrido. Myself and my daughter went in there separately and received the same level of top notch care from her. She listens and has actual empathy for people that she doesn't know, which is beyond rare. The last several weeks I've spent countless hours among doctors, nurses, and staff and loma linda hospital, Redlands hospital, and optum. I had a really bad taste in my mouth. I came to urgent care today for a separate issue and she gave me hope for the people practicing medicine. I do wish optum had a platform where patients/customers could provide feedback by doctor not as an umbrella Optum. Dr.Garrido you are right where you were meant to be!!"

"This used to be a Loma Linda University Health facility with Lab, pharmacy X Ray, and surgery functions during the week. Beaver Urgent care is no longer on site. The hope and dream of this place when first open in 2009 has never been fully realized. Updated review 2023"

"I am changing my review about this location. After some frustrations with communication preferences and scheduling, I was able to have my Zoom appointment with Dr. Hardoon. It was professional, helpful, and she was very nice. Hopefully moving forward, I wont have similar issues. I appreciate that Beaver Medical Group took the time to respond to my initial post when I was frustrated, and now I know a little more about their MyChart portal that I wasn't aware of."

"Beaver Medical Group has to be the poorest excuse for a health care system I've ever seen. It is so bad that even Medicare is allowing me to leave in the middle of the annual enrollment. I joined the insurance to take me to Beaver Medical Group in January. They have a protocol to make appointments for the primary doctor to say "howdy" to the patient. The patient receives no assistance at that time. I've been complaining about my torn meniscus since February, had to go to urgent care, file a complaint because the orthopedic doctor refused to schedule an MRI. After the MRI, he refused to call me with the results. The complaints and atrocities are endless. Stay as far away from them as possible. Although some have great success, it is very spotty. My clue should have been when they told me I wasn't even enrolled into their program in January."
