"If i could give zero stars I would. DO NOT COME TO THIS OFFICE. The wait times are absolutely ridiculous. We were told there were 2 patients ahead of us. Been waiting well over an hour. We arrived at 11:35 and the appointment was at 11:45 am. Waited 2 hours and still no change. We were told an hour in that there were two more patients ahead of us. Asked at the 2 hour mark and was told the exact same thing. Grandpa finally was called in at 1:50 pm. It was getting close to 2:30 and I had to get going so my mom had to go pick up grandpa. She arrives and an hour later she still had not seen my grandpa come out yet. Grandpa had been taken inside to wait in one of the rooms. He hadn't been seen by the doctor until almost 4 pm. We were talking to other patients in the waiting area, they all said they had been waiting for 2-3 hours. One doctor available. This is one of the worst clinics I've been too. Avoid this place at all costs, it's best to find another place that will address you quickly."

"This is one of the worst clinic.. period. It took 4 hours to my wife to get seen by the doctor. Receptionist gets one on one with patients. The more you ask when is your turn, the more they make you wait just to give you a hard time. DONT CHOOSE THIS CLINIC, 1900 ATLANTIC IN LONG BEACH."

"This place is joke , sow much for looking out for your health, I made and appointment when I arrived the receptionist says that I would have to wait about 2 hrs reason is the doctor takes his time with patience??? I them rescheduled with a different doctor to find out it’s about the same wait time over 3hrs when they expect you to arrive 15 min before on time yet they make you wait almost half a day, sickness me to my stomach, when I am supposed to feel better all they are looking is to get paid"

"Had an appointment at 10:15am. It’s 12:05 and haven’t seen the dr, seems like it’s gonna be another 30-40 minutes before I do. Took an hour just to get vitals done. Only gave a star because the nurses are so kind. Dr spent over 30 minutes with the patient next room over when obviously he’s TWO HOURS BEHIND. Absolutely horrible time management here. You need to have the whole day free to go here because who knows how long you’ll be here. The one on Columbia street is more chaotic but has managed to cut wait times down to about an hour. Only come here if you absolutely have no other choice. Have been here so long the lights have turned off on me twice"
