"On 3/25 I called at 4:10 and needed to talk to referral depth. Of course I was put on hold and listened to annoying music for 32+minutes! Finally someone picked up the phone and promptly hung up on me. I've been struggling to get my MRI approved and move on. However I've never even received a call back after numerous promises by staff. Someone needs to train them or replace them!"
