"I am extremely displeased. The subpar level of care from my mother's dr and nursing staff have left the worst taste in my mouth. Absolutely inexcusable. I am disappointed and disgusted, hurt and angry. No one deserves to be treated so horribly. Not only is the in person treatment bad, you should see the charting-I have never in my life seen such unprofessional comments in a chart. I recommend seeing anyone other than Dr. Jahromi's office."

"I have been calling for three days now to make an appointment for my son to see the new doctor that took over for Dr. Winston. The recording says to leave your number and they will call you back in the order your call was received. I have done that FIVE times, over the past 3 days and have never received a call back. I held the line this morning for 52 minutes and then an automated message said there was an error, and my call was disconnected. I am typing this message as I sit on hold a second time today. Timer is currently at 27 minutes. Beaver is trash."

"Dr. Karen Winston cares for all 3 of my babies. I can get them in easily, the clinic communicates on the phone and we use MyChart. She advocates for my chronically ill daughter and has ensured the best possible care for her from the start. We are blessed to have her. All of her nurses are great but Katie L. has worked with us recently, and truly been wonderful."
