"This place is the worst! Waited 4hours after being told on the screen it will be less than 2. Then get seen for 2 seconds by the smug doctor and have my prescription sent to the wrong city, wrong pharmacy. Smh I know you are busy but come on guys. You can do better…. I will be driving to Beaumont from now on."

"Two complaints and two compliments : I’ve been here a few times and some of the nurses (because there are no doctors here) are great. Others refuse to test for things! The last time I went in to be seen I asked to have a culture done of my throat and the nurse refused. She claimed she had seen the same thing three times today and was sure she knew what it was and then prescribed me medication I was allergic to. Last week my mom went in because she was having respiratory issues. They did NO tests!! Ended up going somewhere else to get a second opinion and it turned out to be COVID. I have been here for an X-ray and that went fine there were no issues and I was able to be in and out in 30 mins. I like that they have the option to check in and wait at home til your turn is up. Not too many places have a feature like that. Which is nice especially when you’re waiting a few hours to be seen. Overall, I no longer go for medical treatment. I will go for an X-ray. The staff is usually polite and friendly. Again some nurses are great some are less than great. I don’t know what their reasoning is for not testing."

"Made me wait 3 hours to be seen I had lower back pain vomiting diarrhea and urinating consistently, I specifically requested to be tested for any viruses and after 3 hours of waiting I got called in a room for a provider to not test me for anything told me I have a UTI and walked out, for someone who waited 3 hours I fully expect them to explain what I have, to tell me reasons I am having these symptoms, what kind of antibiotics I will be receiving and why the “UTI” is so severe I wanted to be tested for any viruses specifically because my husband called me while I was waiting and told me my 3year old is having diarrhea as well, so naturally of course I am thinking whatever I have my baby must have which is why I wanted to get tested but got turned down. Diagnosed a UTI and they just walked out. No consideration for how long people have waited, if you are gonna make people wait hours you may as well sit and talk to them OTHERWISE there is no reason to wait that long because if you are so quick to run away from me about a diagnosis (which they did to everyone after hours of waiting) then why is the wait so long? VERY unprofessional, they do not care about you. I am frustrated and feel let down. An emergency room would have been better. I also asked to get tested for pregnancy and had to remind them about the results 3 times"

"Made an appointment. One hour later said I was number 9 in the line. Estimated another 45 minutes. She tried to make me feel better by telling me some people had been waiting for 4 hours! I asked why. Oh, we do workers compensation on Mondays. One doctor for those, one for everything else. Gee, you would think they would tell you this when you check in and on the website when making an appointment. Just trying to get you in the door for profit. I told them no thanks and left after waiting an hour. Had another option thank goodness. Don't let them tell you they go by severity of disease or injury. They don't ask why you are there. Not me or anyone else I heard checking in. Be forewarned."
