"I love this clinic. Dr.Inegiz is amazing. I come all the way from Bakersfield for him. I’m giving 3 stars though because i hate the new “clinic” that bought them out. Literally have to wait an hour over the phone just to set up an appointment or to speak to get medical records"
"Physicians seem to be stubborn for referrals. It often takes 45+ minutes of being on hold to speak with someone at the front desk for an appointment, reschedule, to confirm test results, or to know whether or not a change to a referral was approved. Even if it's difficult to come into the office to learn of something or another, the staff will still require an office visit for the sole purpose of an office visit to add to the annual patient visits and for revenue instead of making it easier for the patient. Physicians will argue over where something medical begins - such as simply writing a prescription for a wheelchair, walker and more because there's usually more specific justification details for an insurance to approve something which the office isn't paid for, so they say it's the responsibility of a specialty physician. A former physician somehow lost his personal practice where he'd been for decades just 4 doors from this location. He was more of an old-fashioned physician with an up-to-date office. He was forced to leave his practice and come here. After he came here he was followed, and specifically requested upon arrival. Not long after this, he'd had enough of the office politics, corporate rules, and everything else that prevented proper patient treatment and he'd retired. He's still very much missed. They treat children as well as adults. Unaware whether or not they also treat the elderly. There are separate waiting areas for children and adults. The parking lot on-site is small. There is a small entrance and exit from the rear, and of course a main front door which has a handicap push-button on both the outside to help to allow entrance and inside to assist with exit. The office staff is helpful. There is a single, not very handicap accessible friendly, bathroom. The automatic door closer is difficult to open on both sides so fighting the door is common. Staff has been made aware of this for more than 3 years which means nobody has made it easier for those with less strength to enter/exit. The hot water, for a medical facility, is very poor even if the hot water runs 2 - 3 minutes to hopefully get it hot, it's still warm at best. What does that say about the physicians washing THEIR hands? That's a scary thought in itself. The one single bathroom is unisex as the sign on the outside displays. There's no WiFi and cellphone use is discouraged as several posted signs display. Appointments are highly recommended, but walk-ins are accepted. A walk-in is allowed to discuss ONE problem, the single most important problem. An appointment, however, is allowed 2 issues and if there are more than 2 then another appointment needs to be made which is very ridiculous because some patients have multiple issues and really don't want to return every few days for a treatment or needed referral that can be done in one visit. Also, a walk-in may have to wait 5+ hours to be seen as well as being limited to the number of walk-ins each day. This location is on E. Washington Blvd about 1/4 mile from Altadena Dr going East, and about 1/2 mile from Sierra Madre Blvd going West (initially going N. because Washington curves and changes to West at this location). The landmark is a single, flashing yellow light similar to a traffic light to warn of a marked pedestrian cross walk (going West), although it flashes on both sides, there's no cross walk marked or unmarked (going East). This flashing yellow signal marks the driveway entrance to the parking lot of the facility. If this was found to be helpful, please LIKE and rate. THANK YOU!!!"
"I've been going here since 1984! I've had six children seen here I go here my 86yr.old mother now goes here and she's been in good health ever since. I had some doubts and wanted to change but I know they care, and let's face it they deal with a lot of rudeness and the staff is entitled to have a bad day sometimes we all are. They have all the skills. And lastly you get what you give. Be blessed and be kind!"
