"The wait is ALWAYS SO LONG!!!! You can be the only person in there and still wait an hour to finally be seen. The staff are great once you’re finally seen, but the wait is a little ridiculous. I understand it’s urgent care, but I’ve never been to a facility where it seems like there are only three people working and the doctors are all on lunch break at the same time. The staff are professional, caring and honest which is why we go back. Just be prepared to wait."

"The wait was reasonable due to high volume of patients coming in. But once seen by the PA, I felt good. She was so courteous and professional. The staff were good, too. This was the second time I went to this facility as I was satisfied the first time."

"Been to a few accelerated urgent cares in the area and Clinton Keith has been the best. Doctors, nurses, and staff are professional, informative, and friendly. My 4 year old has been there twice in the past month and the staff makes her laugh, feel good about herself being brave during 3-4 nose swabs for testing, ending with my daughter telling me she doesn’t want to go to her primary anymore and only wants to come here (sounds like bull**** but 100% true) make sure to do early check in early on their website and your golden, in and out from filling out check-in paperwork to your car in a little more than an hour or so, for an urgent care on a Friday at 6:30pm color me impressed! Great experience. Thank you guys for the excellent care and putting a smile on my kids face after having a 104 fever all day."

"The wonderful care that my family and I recieve from the nurses and doctors is the reason we return when we have health issues that we believe can be addressed by urgent care. They always listen to our problems and form a plan of care with us that always suits our needs and gets us better ASAP. Only issue we come across, unfortunately, is dealing with the staff that run the front desk. Please don't ever let their mess-ups and dismissive attitude dictate your overall experience and opinion of this urgent care facility. Once you get past that, it is more than worth it. We always appreciate the caring, understand medical staff that take care of our family members, when we need to be seen."

"I scheduled my appointment online and filled out the paperwork without complications. Arrived and was greeted by a friendly face. Check-in was a breeze. The provider was knowledgeable and answered all my questions. Offered treatment options without pressuring me to take one or the other. The X-ray tech was nice and professional. The medical assistant was by far the best reason for my visit. She went above and beyond to get to know me and make me feel comfortable. I received two injections that she delivered as painlessly as possible. Great job!"
