"By far one of the worst places I’ve ever gotten care at. Did not ever get valid treatment or referrals, no follow through, and they just gave up on my care. It took me nearly three months of calling them, the specialists they referred me to, the health group, my insurance, and nonprofits to finally get help from a nonprofit. I was set up with a level of care and given information that was necessary about my condition that I never received here. At Nueva Esperanza, they failed to take my comments of my care seriously, and delayed my care sufficiently enough to where I developed visible and physical symptoms while under their ‘care’ but not under their treatment. To get away from them as my PCP, I switched to a different insurance plan entirely at double the premium. They failed me, don’t let them fail you."

I have also done walk-ins and got in her office every time in no time. Sometimes I call her when I have something urgent and she would always help me right away!!
