"Waited over 2 hours for my child to be seen by doctor with appointment. They pick and choose who to see first in the ENT department"
"I don't recommend the DENTAL clinic on 3rd floor, suite A3C. A month ago my sister had a tooth extraction, since then she was in severe pain until today that we went back to check it out, it so happened the doctor left a piece of bone of the tooth. In the waiting room, other patients were also complaining about the pain & non stop bleeding after having a tooth extraction a couple of weeks ago from this dental clinic. DHS should investigate these doctors that are putting patients health in danger."

"Positives: * They have some of the best doctors in the world. Lots of them teach at USC * They offer lots of programs for low income families, including some for undocumented people. Negatives: * Every single time I go, I get harassed by homeless and patients asking for money. Its incredibly annoying and the security guards see it and don't do anything. * Security workers there don't really take their job seriously. It looks like they will let people sneak things in if you "look" harmless old while they chit chat with each other"
"The line at the pharmacy is always long, I sometimes wait an hour in line just to drop off my perception and the wait time to pick up a prescription is 2-4hrs but then I have to wait in line for another hour to get it!! I come here because my insurance won't cover some of my prescriptions and I can get them here for free. The ER is ridiculous too I was here once for 16hrs and was misdiagnosed with the flu when I actually had bronchitis! The doctor refused to give me cough syrup with codeine so I could get a good nights rest. I hate cough syrup and haven't had it since I was a kid... He lied to me and said they don't do that anymore. Instead he gave me a perception for cough syrup that couldn't be filled at their pharmacy and that my insurance wouldn't cover at any other pharmacy. What a waste of time, energy & money!!"
