"Worst doctor ever I have been calling for the past 3 weeks they don’t answer I left a 100 voice message no answer I had some labs done that I need to look at and they don’t answer"

"Worst office staff and employees! they never answer the phone. Never return calls, never submit for prior authorization... It's a nightmare trying to get ahold of someone... I've been waiting since Oct 30 for my insulin that I need they don't care if you live or die, it's a job to them and a paycheck and nothing is important to them I guess!...I even sent an email the NP and she won't return my requesst...I don't know what to do??? A pharmacy said to threaten them with a lawyer!!!"

"She lied and told me after I get blood drawn and my appointment she will refill my prescription then during my appointment she said I need more labs done to get my prescription I'm not a lab rat I don't have blood to keep giving away for no reason she doesn't really care about my health my blood levels are damn near zero and she refusing to prescribe my medicine it's ridiculous"

"Worst doctor I have ever seen. All she wanted to do is use you as a guinea pig to teach her residents. My initial apt was 1.5 hrs. She drew 2 blood draws and told me I was in range and she would do nothing. I waited 6 months for her initial apt and follow-up and now I am not fixed and she did nothing. My testosterone level has dropped in half the last two years and estrogen levels are rising and she just says some people run different. I have been treated now for 2 months by another doctor. When I went to her I was walking with a cane and very weak. I walked over 20 miles last week and am back at the gym weightlifting and doing whatever I want pain free. My HMO insurance wanted me to go to her. Just pay and go to a real doctor. She is horrible."

"She is a wonderful Doctor who takes time to listen and even gets other colleagues opinions to make sure you have the best care. She works from multiple offices the murrieta office is great and the hemet office Staff is not so great. One staff member by the name of Nathan in particular acts like helping you (which he's paid to do) is an inconvenience. Even my insurance representative commented in his poor attitude."
