"Great office they are very considerate. They alway fit you in and treat you special and the owner is very sweet and knowledgeable. Luminita was excellent. Update: Since then I have stopped going unfortunately as the head doctor is not respected by pharmacies out here they literally have him blocked at costco. The main assistant has the most disrespectful attitude and it's other patient's agree read the reviews. I wanted to do a good thing and give me a great review but honestly when they mess up your prescription and then purposely don't answer the phones it's not good. If you get a referral for this place change it immediately or you will find out wht everyone is talking about. I reffered a friend here and I'm regretting I ever did the didn't give her prescription time and time again and it has to stop. Don't go here!! The only reason I'm giving a 2 star is because some of the the other staff is professional but I've had two other doctors leave this place because of how it's ran and 70% of the problem is the girl in the front she will act nice once in awhile but it never fails her rudeness comes out even to elderly people and I can't stand by and let that happen. If it was my mom she yelled at she woukd get checked right back. I'm not that person to yell and argue but to yell at elderly people is not acceptable. The other girl in the front she is really nice and she knows how difficult the main assistant is you can tell by her looks. Finally they have disrespected my friend for the last time not filling her scripts and pocketing the money."
"I feel like I owe it to the public to let it be known how terrible this place is. I have a family member who was a patient here and was treated horribly. he is elderly Ii could not believe the type of abuse they have going on here. This is specifically for the front desk staff. I accompanied him to his appointment since he is elderly and hard of hearing I was attempting to sign in for him and the woman in the front desk was yelling at us saying we don't have an appointment which we did and I was trying to show her through a confirmation message. I'm not sure if afterwards she realized she was wrong and didn't want to admit it but she started yelling at me and telling me to go away if I didn't like the service i was completely stunned and confused why this women was yelling at me so I asked her what was her problem and she then proceeded to scream at in front of everybody that was in that office (which was completely uncalled for seeing as i had not done anything at all or even raised my voice) to get out of here which I did because I didn't want to be yelled at any more I didn't deserve that type of treatment. and this hasn't been the first incident either. My family member advice me they had pervious run ins with these people but they ended going back because at that moment had no choice. Please do not come to this place. you or your family member will be abused verbally. i will see to it that this women gets apprehended because this behavior is completely wrong and unprofessional. The women didn't want to give me her name when I asked for it."
"Would not recommend going here. I can't even say if the doctors are any good, because my wife couldn't even get in for her scheduled appointment. Upon arrival, she was told that they couldn't use the information her doctor had faxed over for her referral, and that she needed to bring a physical copy in. When she contacted her primary they said "Yeah, that's not the way it works, they have everything they need from what we faxed over." She called Inland Pain Specialists back, and then the story changed to them claiming they never got the faxed over referral (even though they had stated earlier that they had it but couldn't use it), told her she couldn't be seen there, and promptly hung up the phone. If I had to guess, they either over-scheduled for the day and didn't want to admit it, or the people at the front desk were just having a bad day and decided to take it out on patients. Either way, we have obviously decided to go with a different pain management specialist."
"Dr. Khatibi is great, but the woman who works the front desk is rude and just plain mean. She is always rude and condescending. Very bad people skills, always refuses to let me use the bathroom unless I have to give them a UA. I have a medical condition and have use the restroom at inappropriate times. I told her that and she just didn't care. I made a comment about her being some kind of nurse and she gave me a dirty look. I hope one day she has to face some issues and someone treats her like she does me. Hopefully she'll learn some humility."
"The doctors are friendly although I never see the same one twice. A lot of doctors in training.I have no issues with that. We all start somewhere. But front office staff are literally the worst I have ever seen. Rude and seem completely irritated to have to deal with patients. Seems to be the popular opinion. You would think they would see enough of these and take action."
