"Worst Doctor I have ever been to. I'm a disabled veteran with moderate arthritis and disc degeneration from injuries sustained from my military service. Every time I have had an appointment with him tbe secretaries call me at 9 am when my appointment is at 11:30 and ask me if I can come I'm at 9:30 am. I told them no way I can't make it that early on last minute notice and that I will keep my appointment at 11:30. The supervisor emilyn says she's the manager too and that no one is above her. The Dr. Tried and spend less than 5 mins in the office with my for my appt and didn't read my paperwork. I already had physical therapy and that Dr. Told Me my spine is severely tilted. My mri findings show severe arthritis in my lower back. For some reason dr. Cheng doesn't want to right the correct notes and diagnosis and tried to tell my severe arthritis is normal. I am severely epileptic and stress triggers my seizures my boyfriend is my power of attorney and has to come with me in case he has to give me my seizure medication. My boyfriend was helping to explain how my spine protrudes and the Dr. Told him if he doesn't be quiet he won't see Me. We told him that was disrespectful. I asked what I wanted from him and I said to look at my back and write the notes confirming my arthritis.. he goes to his computer writes them, and then when I try and ask him a question I needed to k own about if cold or warm compression works better he walks out the room without saying anything or bye, so my boyfriend goes and walks out and follow him and says really Dr. CHENG you are just going to walk put on us. And dr cheng stormed out the building and even slammed the door on other disabled people with arthritis like myself who is a 34 year old disabled veteran. At this point the stress was causing my seizures and I had to sit on the floor because I was going to have a seizure my boyfriend ran to get me my medication and I was crying saying I don't want to have a seizure while the nurse were laughing. I told my boyfriend to call the police because they started threatening use and getting in our faces. The police operator advised us to go.downstairs and wait for the police to arrive and since I was having seizure activity the lady said I could use the wheelchair. So I sat in the wheelchair waiting for my boyfriend to push me and our kids in the stroller at the same time. The nurses laughed. We went downstairs to wait for the police and an African American nurse said she was off the clock and told my boyfriend that she would meet him in the streets. The security guard told her to stop and go upstairs and she continued to stay downstairs and harass and threaten us. Then she tried to grab the wheelchair out from underneath me and I tripped and sat back down and it hurt my back even more, and I told her don't grab it from underneath me. The security guard told her to stop and she got back in the elevator and laughed at my epilepsy and told me to go have a seizure, she also told me she doesn't care about the American Disability act and the police said I can sit in the wheelchair until after we made the report. The police made the report and said dr. Cheng and emilyn and the African American lady and the rest of the Staff were wrong and that we have a right to sue them. We have everything on camera and recorded to take them to court. This is not the treatment i expected to get treated especially as a paying patient and disabled veteran. I will never go back here ever again. I am reporting them to the Better business bureau and they will be held accountable for their illegal and inhumane actions."
