"Title: Unprofessional Conduct, Long Wait Times, and Threatening Behavior My recent visit to Dr. Wepnan's office for a second pair of insoles was nothing short of a nightmare. Not only did I endure unprofessional conduct, long wait times, and a complete lack of patient care, but the experience also culminated in me feeling threatened and mistreated to the point where I had to involve law enforcement. Despite having a scheduled appointment, I waited for an hour before being seen, only to find myself face-to-face with a different doctor or assistant. Each time I requested to see the doctor I intended, I was met with excuses and resistance from the staff at the front desk. The insoles provided were not only uncomfortable but completely unusable due to improper fitting. When I expressed my concerns and requested a refund or a proper refitting, both requests were summarily denied without explanation. What made matters worse was the doctor's hostile demeanor towards me when I dared to speak up for the services I paid for. His behavior escalated to the point where I felt threatened and mistreated, prompting me to call the police for assistance. This level of unprofessionalism and intimidation is completely unacceptable. No patient should ever feel scared or threatened by their doctor simply for advocating for the services they deserve. I will be reporting this egregious behavior to the medical board without hesitation. In conclusion, I urge others to steer clear of Doctor Wepman's office. The lack of professionalism, mistreatment of patients, and threatening behavior create an environment that is not conducive to healing or trust. I paid for a product I can't use. I feel robbed!"
"This was my second Visit with the Doc. The Office Staff were very friendly and welcoming, as always. And again, I got to see the Doc on Time, to my appointment. No waiting around. I was there to have a small operation done on my Foot. Dr. Wepman took his time explaining every step before the operation begun. And, he is a very funny Man, making you very comfortable throughout he procedure. The operation was very smooth and painless, the Guy is a true professional. Great conversations as he operated on me. A Multi tasker! I left his Office still laughing from his Jokes and comments. I would give 10 Stars if I could."
