"WORST CLINIC EVER!!!!! Takes them about 45 min to 2 hours to answer the phone and they never have any appointments within the week. Actually probably within the month. The clinic is clean and that’s probably the only good thing they have. Doctor was supposed to refer my infant son to a dermatologist because according to them he has the worst case of seborrheic dermatitis and his skin was red and inflamed and 2 weeks later I call to find out they never referred him anywhere. RIDICULOUS AND UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!! Wish I could give them ZERO starts. PLEASE take your kids elsewhere"

"They waste your time, back and forth for nothing. The clinic manager(Liz or Elizabeth.) was unhelpful and she seemed bothered when I asked about my referral for surgery. Doesn't seem she knows anything or just didn't care, just gave a number to call."

"Not only do they have me wasting my workdays, and requesting them off just to arrive to the appointment and them to be useless. Went in for my emotional support animal letter end up first they couldn’t do anything to me or write me the letter even though they prescribe me with medication for that there. Want to send me off to commerce for a November appointment even though I let them know I needed this by August 1. Called me and let me know they can do an over the phone appointment so I took it clocked out of work just for this phone call just for them to tell me I still have to come in. They love wasting your time. What good is a healthcare provider if they cannot provide healthcare when you need it. Let me just go get it certification or a degree as well so I could give people who need help NOTHING. Thank you for telling me I have anxiety and depression. It’s def you guys that are really triggering it every single time."

I usually go to the bell gardens office and I’ve never had issues for some reason they moved me to commerce and I have had nothing but issues with them, they continue to move my appointments without communicating with me. I’m moving back to the bell gardens office because commerce lacks communication"
