"Even though I had an appoint for Pre-Op I sat for 45mins in the lobby, while I watched other pts without appoints get taken back to be seen by Dr. The staff don't act sincere with their interactions with me, I always feel judged & ignored because I am being treated for a W/C I jury! The staff, P.A. and/or Dr's never make time to answer any of my questions. They respond to questions with frustration & quickly pass the questions to another staff member or dept! Sometimes I never get an answer regarding my treatment! I always leave feeling worse than from my initial injury! W/C process is horrible as it is but than to be ignored & pushed through your appoints like a herd of cows just makes everything else worse! Maybe customer service training would help the staff & the Dr's with patient interactions, especially with placing judgement on the injured & the sick!"

"Horrible service. From the front desk,those ladies are horrible,especially the one i delt with the first time she was so mean,arrogant and no humor. I didn't catch her name but she has clear glasses. Then the wait time,i waited at front for almost 2hrs.They take many patient in but they have only one physician to see all the pt. I was sent by my new company for drug test and physical for hiring process. I arrived there at 930am.The only part was atleast better was the young lady who did my drug test,very professional and friendly she kept me engaged. After my drug test I waited for 2 whole hours in the room for phycian to come and see me. I kept asking what going on but was no sense answer I got.The phycian himself confirmed my complaints were very varied and that am not the first patient to complain. He said they have a plan with front desk ladies to practice the way they take in new patients not to overload the only Phycian they have but they're not implementing. Also they're violating HIPPA standards. When they receive a call they talk to a patient on the phone,when done on the phone they start talking,discussing that patient in a very bad manner.I over heard alot feom the ladies talking about the patients, bad.I'm a mandated reporter and this i needs to be reported.Don't waste your time to go to this location, horrible and the front desk ladies are very unprofessional,the owner of this place needs alot of changes to run this place."

"I came here for pre employment work up. Before hand I saw the reviews and they weren’t good. People were complaining about the staff being rude and wait times being excessive. However, I had a great experience. The staff were very nice and appropriate. When I got to the back the guy that helped me was very nice and efficient at his job. I was in and out in an hour. I had to do mask Fit text, vision, vitals, urine test, blood work and see the doctor. So an hour isn’t bad for all of that."

"I had to go and take a drug test for a new job I got and the 1st day I went to a location in my area and was in the line for 10 mins and still hadn't got called to even check in so I left and went to a different location the next day. I was in and out in 45 mins. So while my first attempt was not a good experience my second attempt was a great one. The staff was very helpful and friendly and the wait time was not bad at all. If I ever have to use concentra again I will go straight to the 2nd location any day."
