"Moved to Texas and new doctor requested my son’s immunization records from this office, where my son was last seen. They didn’t respond to my son’s new doctor’s office or my son’s new daycare. When I called to ask about how to get it, they acted like they were bending over backwards to help by offering to mail it. The mail was never delivered and I ended up going online to get it from the CAIR website which someone in the office could have mentioned. It would have saved us all a lot of time."
"Staff has poor communication between themselves. They don't read the papers they make you sign when first enrolling. They have ridiculous wait times with appointments and the doctors don't listen to you and only talk to you for a 5 minutes max. Horrible experience had to switch after my second visit."
