"Wait time was not bad at all at 4:30am. Left the clinic around 6am. The physician was clear of what I had and how to take prescriptions for my common cold that the OTC never worked. The testing took the most time, but I was cleares of COVID, flu, or strep throat... It was my second visit after several years and still recommend this clinic after driving from Orange County for work tonight. It's worth the drive!"

"Skyler and Adriana did an AMAZING job of providing me relief when I came in with pneumonia. Adriana drew blood like an expert! I felt heard, Skyler took his time, listened and addressed every one of my concerns. I never felt rushed even though the waiting room was packed. I left with more energy, improved ability to breath and clear instructions giving me hope for continued improvement. This is a walk in clinic of competent, caring professionals with a facility that can provide on site X-rays, as well as blood and lab test results quickly. "The physicians assistant, Alan Phelps was very kind and a super patient man, absolutely not in a hurry, and he made you feel like you were a human, and not just a number. If he was a medical doctor, I would choose him for my family medicine doctor.!;) I was not happy when I called in urgent care early in the morning asking if they took my insurance they told me they did but then when I showed up and showed them my card I have three letters on top of my card that they said that they do not take that particular insurance. I was frustrated because I had called in advance, and those questions were not asked to me, Before. I had to end up paying out of my pocket, after I had filled out all the paperwork online and submitted my insurance, and drivers license and credit card., it was frustrating, but the physicians assistant was very good. He treated my illness perfectly. The only thing I can suggest is go over your card completely with the receptionist before going in there so you don’t have to deal with my problem that I dealt with."

"Overall, a solid place. Doctors are good, office staff for the most part is capable. My only problem is that with no insurance, I feel like they intentionally overcharge on some things. Secondly, if a person makes an appointment for 10:00am, and they show up 20 minutes before that and check-in, they should be called into the office at 10:00am. If you all can't handle multiple appointments, don't schedule so many. I cannot stand setting up a appointment and the business disregarding the original time. I find that trashy and unprofessional. Besides all this, still a good place hence the 4*."
