"Worse place and turn around time when it comes to important paper work like disability. If you are the bread winner make sure you save at least 4 months in advance due to this process taking so long, even if paper is filled out and all that's needed is a signature."

"No point of getting an appointment here. So hard to get medication even while in pain. Much rather would go to the hospital to get meds and labs done there the same day. Save yourself a trip. They are so understaff, it takes weeks to get an appointment!"

"Not enough staff. Never had one Dr stay long enough to even meet them each time I get an appointment come to find out it gets rescheduled without me knowing to a new doctor because the other doctor left then I get pushed back 2 to 3 months."

"I'm not sure why people are giving this location low reviews. But I can only speak for my perspective. Every time I've come here, I get in to a room at or a few minutes past my appointment, the nurses have been concise and courteous, the doctors have called when I missed appointments to go over anything, the facility is nice and accommodating, parking lot is ok. Have yet to have a major problem with the VA at any location really. I've been doing this for 13 years now."

"If I could this would be a negative star review. For the past two years I have tried to get an appointment with this clinic after putting a request for a transfer due to travel. After a year of my request I got only two phone calls from them to schedule my appointment but was always given the wrong extension number each time. However, they would make my appointment but oddly within a week of the appointment they would cancel it without notifying me. In just a period of 4 months I have had 9 appointments made and all canceled with no explanation until December 2022 when I got a letter saying my doctor at the murrieta clinic retired as of Dec 1 2022. Yet they make me another appointment with a different doctor their 6 months later. Just at my last appointment with the VA's orhto doctor I found out that appointment was also canceled without them reaching out to me as well. Since then NO ONE will answer phone calls or emails or follow up from complaints."
