"This is my primary Doctor but they also take walk-ins and are very friendly and helpful. Of course Dr. Harrison is great but I've also worked with Jeff and Neilla who were supper helping with my particular situation and in a very timely manner!"

"Not a good place to go if you urgently need to receive treatment. With them seeing only 4 patients before me that were in and out i waited a good hour have bad asthma luckily i used what i was able to get out of my inhaler and able to deal with my wheezing. They could have placed me in the back with the machine i did not need a room. And to tell me they will give me a emergency inhaler and let me leave thinking it will be at the pharmacy. Not professional at all. If im telling a professional doctor i need a inhaler asap they should just prescribe it because that is their job as a professional physician. If they dont like what they do they should just quit."

"This makes you give a star. There should be 0 stars. The Dr was rude. Walked in all cocky. Asked what are you here for. I have had a cough for a couple weeks. He only said everyone does. I asked if maybe chest xray was necessary he said no, if still coughing in 2 weeks come back.didnt listen to my lungs, nothing. Had to pay a coy pay for this."

"I usually don’t leave negative feedback, but this has to be done. If you have the option, PLEASE go to another urgent care. As someone who formerly worked here, the doctor at this facility is extremely unprofessional and careless, and the rest of the staff follows his footsteps. To anyone reading this: your health deserves to be in the hands of staff who care about you, your diagnosis, and your concerns. You deserve high quality care, and Moreno Valley Urgent Care will NOT provide that for you. These people do not care about their patients."
