"I took my son there for flue/covid like symptoms. Waited 40mins although we had appointment. The nurse came and ask if he had fever and his height and weight instead of measuring the vitals. Now I am reading most of the reviews online. The VP of PR should go and fix things instead of writing standard responses here. Hope this helps. We really need good health care providers in our neighborhood. Step up"

"Yesterday was my first visit at PDQ and based on their 5 star level of service (not just to me but how I saw them treat other patients too) PDQ will be my go to place for urgent care in Yorba Linda. I received a very friendly greeting by Yahya, he took time to answer my questions and was honest and appologetic about the wait time because they were very busy. He even jumped up from behind his desk to help a patient who needed assistance to enter the building. Meagan provided my medical care being thorough with her questions and her exam AND she listened to my responses and explained her diagnosis and treatment plan. She even provided tips on over the counter remedies for sore throat pain (the product was amazing, enabling me to get a good night’s sleep. These two individuals brought to life the owners mission statement for quality medical care. Best I’ve seen in a long time!!! Thank you for making a difference. Cindy"
