"Horrible. Need to shut down!!! A reality show!!!! Never answers the phone. Can’t get an appointment even if you leave several messages. I had to physically go to the Riverwalk location on the week of 2/15/2024 to complain and get an appointment, the staff told me “ we ain’t got no managers here you have to go onto the Brockton location”. Just an unprofessional hot mess. So I head over to the Brockton location. Waited on. The Manager to come from “ lunch”, older tall white female, gets my information to call me later with an appt. makes no apology for me calling several times leaving several messages for days and no one answers. Just sorry. Says nothing about her sorry staff. Makes me an appt for 7:20 am the 2nd business day after I went above and beyond just for an initial Rheumatologist appt. I was there in time and not seen until after 8:20, I already went online to have all the paperwork filled out prior like they asked and they STILL had me filling out 4 additional pages. Just sorry. Then a super unprofessional wrinkled uniform, large team member named “Marlene” no hello, no good morning just breathing hard, takes my vitals, shoves me in an office to see the doctor. I can’t wait to change with my medical group. I can’t stand this office. Old ,unprofessional and no sense of urgency. Rumi Valor"
"I don't know about the doctors here because I never get to see them, I called three times to make an appointment, the first time I was put on hold for about ten minutes and then they hung up, I called again after a while, after a word no one said and hung up on me! I called again for an appointment, waited for a few minutes, and then got hung up again... This clinic doesn’t need patients at all! If a clinic's front desk staff is so disrespectful and irresponsible, I don't think the doctors are any better. After I leave this negative review, it will have nothing to do with this clinic."
"I filled a grievance with my insurance (IEHP) after more than 5 visits but less than 10 visits (about 7 according to my notes and recollection of events) to the Riverside office. My first visit was pleasent enough; I was able to see the doctor and get Cordazone shots for my Bilateral Shoulder Bursitis. However after my first visit all subsequent visits would go like this: I wait three months, make plans with IEHP transportation to get to and from my appointment, sit and wait in the lobby for longer than 10 minutes but less than an hour with 30 to 40 minutes being the average wait time. Then when I would be called I would go in the back and wait for about 10 to 20 more minutes on average. The doctor (Babak Zamiri, M.D.) then would enter the room, ask a few questions then promptly leave; this "meeting" would be between 1 to 5 minutes with 1 to 2 minutes being the average time the Dr. took to "treat" me and give me "care". I even cried after one of my appointments because I was so scared; I had been dealing with random and intense pain all over my body, my legs, knees, arms, and hands were stiffing up to the point where I lost the ability to use them for both short and long periods of time. All I wanted was answers, not someone to treat me like I'm apart of their monthly quota. I talked to my psychiatrist and I told her that Dr. Zamiri was dismissive of my pain, my questions, and my humanity. I had to directly ask him over and over and over again at one of my appointments "Do I have Fibromyalgia"? "Do I have Rheumatoid Arthritis"? When I didn't see Dr. Zamiri I saw another Dr. (I think she was a Dr.) and I asked her "Do I need to use a cane"? Her response was, "No, you don't need a cane your too young (I'm 29) to use a cane". The next visit I had I brought my cane with me due to the lack of mobility I was having and the pain I was in. I also got back pillows for when I am sitting down, arthritis gloves for when it's cold or my hands stiffen up, a neck pillow, and a knee brace with plans to possibly get a back brace. In addition to having thyroid nodules (2 on each side - confirmed with a fine needle biopsy and not enough local anesthetic but that's another's story for later), Hashimoto's Thyroiditis, and Hypothyroidism, I also have a curved spine (5 degrees to the left) and bone spurs on the lower part of my spine plus other health issues that negatively impact my quality of life. My point being I had to pay more than $100 plus to help make myself comfortable and able to endure the spectrum and magnitude of constant pain that I am in because Dr. Zamiri didn't do his job and wouldn't do his job. I just wanted compassionate care from my treating physician and that's the opposite of what I got. I am happier knowing I filled a grievance against Dr. Zamiri and that I will never have to go to that office ever again. If I could give him a zero rating or less I would."
"The doctor is great, however the staff, they need a career change, medical field and customer service is not for them, But who can blame them when management is behaving the same way, management "Renee" has NO sense of leadership, behaving the same way as staff, rude, ununderstanding, No respect to hear patients out or listen to feedback, constantly talking over me when I was trying explain to her the issues her staff was giving me. I have two insurancees One is IEHP and the other is a PPO which I can go anywhere, Office manager Cynthia, Tells me I would not be seeing that day as a new patient due to my second insurance having an error showing Kaiser when I explain to her I have a PPO That's not Kaiser which she can see and verified, that's it's my primary insurance and I can use that anywhere , Cynthia refused service to me telling me I need to reschedule, I explain to her You're not going to cancel me, so I then contacting manager Renee and explaining to her she cannot refuse me when I have great active insurance, had I not known my right in the medical field I would have went home wasted time and gas to this appointment that was severely important to me which the staff could care less about. When asking management Renee for someone else in charge that's higher than her, Renee claims she is the "top" she is the person in charge of everything, she's corporate basically. Getting out of work early to make this appointment losing time and money waiting in the office for all this to happen took about 3 hours to get seen. Lastly, I filed grievance with my insurance on this office"
"Let me start off by saying that Dr. Zameri is THE BEST! Now, with that being said, the receptionists are the absolute WORST! Never greet anyone, never say good morning or how can we help.. they NEVER EVER answer the phone. I have left a voice-mail and called numerous times to reschedule an appointment, and I never get an answer. The one time they did "accidentally" answered my call, the receptionist told me the nurse will call me back. It's been 2 weeks. The front desk needs to start taking their jobs seriously."
