"BEWARE!!! ALL YOUNG INEXPERIENCED DOCTORS & NURSES!!!! Robichaeux - had me do neurological testing in the office with another doctor. this doctor ended up being out of network after the receptionist assured me she called my insurance and confirmed they were in network. $3000 later!!!! I find out he was out of network and she never called. my wrist eventually healed under his guidance. he referred me to... Roshawn - had me do an MRI, told me nothing was wrong, 6 months later, we find he MISSED something on my MRI and I had to get referred to Lee - told me I needed another MRI within 6 months of my last, what a joke, stopped seeing him immediately. Vally - actually wasn't bad at first, until he took a urine sample to make sure I was taking my pain meds and sent the cup to a lab without checking if it was covered and the lab charges $3100 JUST FOR TESTING ONE CUP!!! Then one time I see him he says "come back in 2 months" so I asked if I should just call in for the refill and he says yes. one month later I call in for my refill because I have a day or so left and VOILA, he rejects it and tells me to come in and see him to get a refill, but, oh by the way, he can't see me for 2 weeks because he goes to a Hawaii clinic every month!!! The front desk nurses are snarky and always say they will check your insurance but never do. then when they say they will call you back, FORGET IT, you have to call them back and they give you the run around. I have filed 2 grievances against them with Anthem and have warned my referring doctor to not send any more patients there if he wanted to keep his patients happy. Please, RUN and ask for another referral if you are sent here!!!"
